Edit metar-update 

# cp metar-cron /etc/cron.d
# cp metar-update /usr/bin
# cp metar_* /usr/share/munin/plugins
# ln -s /usr/share/munin/plugins/metar_* /etc/munin/plugins
# /etc/init.d/munin-node restart
